I'll be writing here whenever I get bored and decide Barry's backstory could be written in more.
If you get easily offended by the suggestion of rape, prominent swearing, violence, exct. Do not read this.
And I suggest you run far away from Renascentia.
Otherwise, have fun reading and I'd love feedback!

CHAPTER ONE
An unfortunate beginning
A shiny, beautiful caramel brown pelt streaked across the stretching grassy meadows. The long grass swaying in the slight breeze, a perfect contrast for the baby blue sky. The pelt rounded a hill, the sun bouncing off her body. She came to a slow stop, dipping her head in greetings to a few of her kind.
"Greetings Briar," a russet male grunted, watching the female approach. The other males dipped their heads in reply to Briar's. Briar eyed the russet male, flicking her thin tail.
"Hello everyone." She finally sang, butting heads with a male who had a very similar coat to hers. They looked to be siblings. She rolled her shoulders and put a large paw on the male's face, "Nereus, how're you?" Nereus pushed her paw off gently, "Pretty good. Ready to go hunting, though." The last male, a grey one with darker grey spots, pushed Nereus aside, "Shusshhh, we'll go hunting soon enough."
"You're crazy, Zelus." Nereus chuckled, shoving him back. Zelus glared at him and turned to the large russet male, licking his tiny fangs. Zelus pinned his small ears back, dipping his head in respect, "Aaron, could you...Please put together hunting parties?"
Aaron chuffed, "Of course. I don't want to take down a mammoth today, so we'll hunt in two different groups. Zelus and Nereus you go together. Briar and I shall go together. Meet back here." Briar eyed Zelus suspiciously. The ashen grey male seemed to have a murderous glint in his eye. Briar shook herself, passing it off for an eager hunt. Briar nodded, watching her brother and the grey male wander away. She let out a sigh and followed Aaron, itching to run once again. She was barely an adult and he expected her to keep in line! Unacceptable! But the caramel Homotherium kept her gaze on the ground, keeping her complaints to herself. Though they were really just a rag-tag group of nomads, Aaron was the strongest. Therefor dominant. After a while of walking she almost ran into Aaron. Briar looked up, blinking slowly, "You ok? Why'd we stop?" Aaron spun around, forcing her to the ground.
"Nothing, nothing at all," He growled, keeping his large paws on Briar's shoulders. "You just seem a bit in pain, and I know just the remedy for it," He dropped something on her chest and hopped off of her, turning away and sitting down. Briar paused, looking at the unknown herb. 'How did he know?' she had been feeling uncomfortable for a while now, so she guessed it could be a bit obvious. Briar eagerly ate the thing up, trusting Aaron wholeheartedly. He would have no reason to trick her, right?
"Thanks!" Briar nodded, straightening herself. She felt no immediate effects, but it would take anything a bit to work. Right? Aaron was facing away from her, and he only grunted.
"We'll sit here for a little bit, give Nereus and Zelus a head start. Heaven knows they need it." He flicked his small and thin tail. Briar nodded, stepping towards him.
"I-" She paused, a wave of nausea washing over her. She stumbled and fell, blinking sleepily. The last thing she saw before blacking out was Aaron standing over her. (TBC; too lazy r/n to continue)
