The Silvestre Pride

"There are two kinds of creature out here - the prey, and the predators. We are the predators, and we will earn the right to breathe with tooth and claw."

The Silvestre pride is the oldest faction on the peninsula, though given it wasn't inhabited at all until recently, that's not saying much.

This diverse clan of beasts springs from the efforts of a single smilodon, who fought her way to the top of the food chain and attracted followers during the Era of Nomads. This pride has seen a lot of shit, but for the most part they are a hardy, strong bunch. They are known to be very territorial, and quite egalitarian - they accept any species as long as they can prove their worth. Largely concerned with their own affairs, they have nonetheless managed to find conflict from all angles - A coalition sprung from an exiled former member has taken the lives of many of the pride and a newer, more shadowy threat also lends them no shortage of worries. They have recently wiped out Rhydian's Coalition and claimed Fallax Jungle as their new home.

They fight hard, they play hard, and they die hard.

The Silvestre have faced devastating losses and disaster after disaster, but their spirit remains unshakeable - they will not be eradicated without a long, bloody, bitter fight. The Silvestre are pragmatists and tend to follow their own code of morals rather than adhere to one universally. Some of them are very honorable, while others will do ANYTHING to further their goals. Most of them balance out somewhere in the middle. Few things are outright outlawed in this pride - the general consensus is "Don't start no shit, won't be no shit."
